Their story began humbly, with Rachel picking wild blackberries to make fresh chocolates and truffles while her two-year-old daughter accompanied her in a backpack. These early creations quickly grew in popularity, expanding from local deliveries to a 300-mile radius within just two years.

By 1987, their chocolates had made their way to Saks Fifth Avenue's flagship stores in San Francisco and New York City. This was the start of an incredible journey, with their confections reaching international luxury boutiques, elite clients, and even airlines.
