A wonderful and educational class! EunYoung is very knowledgeable and patient as a teacher, she was so helpful teaching us all about matcha and how to make a proper cup. She went through the history, origins, types, and instruction on how to prepare matcha. I bought this course as a gift for my wife’s birthday and she enjoyed it a lot. I would recommend anyone who enjoys matcha to try this class. The shop she teaches in is cute too.

In all the years we have been together I think the class may have been her favorite birthday present thus far which says something. Our instructor Emily was incredibly patient, friendly and wasn't pretentious like so many other professional bakers in New York are. You could also tell she was passionate about her craft which is always great to see. Hand-Building Ceramics Class: Pet Bowls
My wife and I took the pet bowl class for an upcoming holiday gift exchange, and we were really happy with our decision! Natalie was very nice, helpful, and imformative and created a fun, relaxing environment. I'd never really worked in clay and by the end of the class I was quickly putting together my second bowl without much help or instruction! Two hours went by in a flash, I'd definitely recommend to anybody who wants to spend an afternoon crafting creatively.
