What you'll do
Grow past your artistic boundaries with abstract painting intensive! This Seattle painting course provides an opportunity to bring projects in for feedback in a creative environment. You will receive instructor feedback, as well as work with peers to discuss works on a personal level. You will have discussions on your creative direction and discuss questions on your artistic journey.Presenting ideas and artists that relate to your artwork, the instructor will present references and include 1:1 review time, as well as group discussions on expanding and exploring your work in more detail.Learning Outcomes:
- Find your source of inspiration and apply it to your artwork.
- How to choose materials and building layers in painting.
- Discuss color, texture, content, composition, mark, and form in each session.
- Faculty review periods.
