Feeling stressed or need a break from the hustle and bustle? If you're looking for a creative outlet or mindful hobbies, join this art workshop in Austin where you will learn art practices that will help your mental wellbeing.
In this workshop, you will learn some fun, simple art therapy practices that will help you increase your self love, self trust, and self worth. You will play with markers, crayons, charcoal, and collage -- but no art experience or skill is needed!
We are trying to keep this as affordable as possible by offering the "pay what you can" option with a bare minimum. If you can contribute more, we appreciate it! It helps us keep the costs down for others and pay our bills!
