What you'll do

Explore authentic cooking with a hands-on twist with a dumpling making class in Chicago! This beginner friendly cooking class is a fantastic way to learn new culinary skills while having fun!

In this hands-on and interactive class, you will be guided step-by-step through refining your knife skills, making dumpling fillings, and learning the art of folding your dumpling wrappers into Chinese traditional dumpling shapes of pleated crescents to wontons. You'll learn how to make chicken, mushroom and vegetable dumplings with dipping sauces. You will also learn the process of steaming and pan-frying your dumplings.

Once you have created your masterpieces, you will then plate and enjoy eating your creations with your newfound foodie friends! If you're looking for fun date night ideas or a way to spend time with friends and coworkers, a cooking class will bring the fun and delicious bites perfect for a celebration.
