Celebrate the changing season with a refreshing yoga class in Santa Clara. Join us for a transformative yoga practice designed to help you pause, reflect, and identify what no longer serves you. This session will empower you to cultivate the energy and courage to let go of certain thoughts, emotions, or relationships.
Through this practice, you'll create more space within yourself and experience grounding as you release what holds you back.
In this session, you will experience:
  • A dynamic asana and breath practice focused on grounding and releasing.
  • The use of yoga massage balls to alleviate tension and promote a sense of relief.
  • A 10-minute guided meditation followed by Savasana.
  • An opportunity to share your thoughts and intentions with the group (sharing is optional).
  • The soothing application of essential oils during Savasana and throughout the session, enhanced by a diffuser in the studio.

About Julie:
Julie is a certified yoga instructor with experience teaching Flow Yoga, Alignment-Oriented Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Specialty Yoga, and All-Level Hatha Yoga (which she currently teaches at Jiaren Yoga). Julie Lin is an ACE Certified Health Coach. She intends to help people to feel good in their body, mind, and soul after the class. She has experience teaching chair yoga to seniors in assisted living centers and doing yoga with seniors with memory loss. She will work as your accountability partner and work with you to set your health goals and have plans and actions working toward your goals.
As a certified yoga teacher and certified Health Coach, she is familiar with lifestyle medicines (such as diet, exercise, and social connection), asana yoga, and meditation and breathwork/pranayama as they are often used to help achieve health goals.
As an Asian immigrant living in the US, Julie respects the differences among different cultures and backgrounds.
