Martell Design Studio is an intimate ceramic studio located in Los Angeles, run by myself, Angela Martell. My ceramic work involves both hand-built and wheel thrown pieces that are joined together to create unique forms. With a background in jewelry design and interior architecture, I began to experiment with ceramics as it allowed me to explore a new world of forms and materials.
In my workshops, I teach hand-building techniques to create unique works of art. You will learn how to shape clay, add texture, and refine your forms to achieve your individual aesthetic in these two hour classes.
