In this Seattle cocktail-making workshop, enter the laboratory and call upon your inner mad scientist to learn how to make delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic recipes through experimentation!

Definition, broadly : a place providing opportunity for experimentation, observation, or practice in a field of study.
As soon as you enter the Greenfire Loft space inside Seattle's Melrose Market, you'll be handed a lab coat to get into the spirit of mixology. Your instructor will begin the lab by introducing you to all the cocktail-making tools and ingredients available. Multiple printed cocktail and mocktail recipes will offer a starting point, and as you take off on your own concocting direction. Your instructor will be present to offer guidance and answer questions, however please not this is not structured like a standard cocktail class, more of an adult playground.
With your drink in hand, feel free to lounge around in one of the wing-backed faux-leather chairs and enjoy the ambiance of being perched in a high-end market, above many award-winning businesses.
