Design Your Own T-shirt Workshop Experience Oakland (Bay Area)

Block print your own design onto a t-shirt in this textile art workshop.

3.5 hours Class size 10 to 30 guests     $60

Looking for fun things to do in the Bay Area this weekend with your friends? Come out and make your own DIY t-shirts with block printing!
Block printing is a simple and beginner-friendly medium for folks interested in making prints that can be transferred to paper or clothing. In this workshop, each person will have a chance to design a t-shirt or other article of clothing with a custom print.
Bring a sketch or image to trace from. All the tools and materials you need for the block printing are provided by your host, Hot Stuff Studios. It's your choice whether to bring your own t-shirt (or other item, such as a tote bag) or purchase a t-shirt for $20.
If you are curious about trying t-shirt printing at home, learning this easy DIY technique is a great place to get started. You'll leave with a stamped t-shirt and the skills to make more block prints of your own!
