In this engaging 2-hour class, you’ll explore the different feminine archetypes within all of us through a variety of activities designed to awaken your sensuality and ignite your creativity. Led by our sensual embodiment coach Nichole Katsikas, this workshop creates a safe space for you to express all parts of yourself that yearn to be seen and celebrated.

You’ll be guided through a moving meditation, journal prompts, an adornment ritual, and a photoshoot to capture the beauty of your authentic self. It’s a time to let go of limiting beliefs and false narratives that hold you back and step into the powerful version of you that’s been waiting to emerge.

I am an embodiment & empowerment coach, guiding women and men on their paths to awaken to their authenticity and come back home to themselves. I have been working and playing in the fields of self-expression and embodiment for over 10 years.

My work employs a range of modalities from somatic movement and sensual dance, writing exercises, Tantric principals, law of attraction and neuroplasticity techniques, shadow-work, EFT, and ancient pleasure practices.

I am dedicated to fostering environments that are safe and free from judgment, allowing individuals to openly express their truths, challenges, and aspirations.
