You’ll begin by learning to create your own Berbere from scratch and blend different spices from around the world. With the guidance of our expert instructor, you’ll also discover how to use these spices in popular Ethiopian vegetarian dishes, enhanced by a triple aromatic purée for an authentic depth of flavor.
No Ethiopian meal is complete without Injera, the traditional fermented flatbread. You’ll gain insight into the fermentation process and practice baking your own to enjoy with your meal. By the end of the class, you’ll sit down to savor a delicious and healthy feast that you made entirely from scratch!

We will serve water and tea only. You may bring your own beverages if you choose. We are happy to suggest wine pairings and alcohol to enhance your mocktail!
Wear comfortable closed toe shoes and tie back long hair, please.
