What to Expect
This is a nurturing space where you can connect with your inner self and explore the boundless benefits of mindfulness meditation. Our discussions offer a different concept each week designed to be easily understood and put to use, making mindfulness accessible to all, no matter what your experience level is.
Then, you'll be gently led into a guided relaxation meditation. Meditation can be both rejuvenating and enlightening, and you'll leave each session with a sense of groundedness that can carry you through life's challenges.
