Reconnect with yourself and process emotions through art in this Santa Clara workshop. This is a transformative art workshop designed to provide a safe, creative space for those navigating the complex emotions of grief. In this series, participants will explore the healing power of artistic expression as a way to honor loss, process difficult feelings, and reconnect with a sense of hope and renewal.
Through guided sessions, we will use various art mediums—such as painting, drawing, and collage—to give voice to the unspoken and to transform pain into something tangible and beautiful. No prior art experience is necessary—only a willingness to explore and express. Each session will include a short meditation, creative prompts, and time for reflection and sharing within a supportive community.
Whether you’re facing the loss of a loved one, a life transition, or simply carrying the weight of unspoken emotions, this series offers a gentle, compassionate space to be seen and heard. Come as you are, and discover how creativity can help you navigate your unique journey through grief.
This event is open to anyone experiencing grief, whether death-related or not. All are welcome, regardless of whether you wish to share your story, gain insights from others, or be in a supportive community.
Join us for a unique series of art sessions where we delve into the depths of our emotions, using different artistic mediums to express, understand, and heal. Each session focuses on a specific feeling, allowing participants to explore their inner world through the therapeutic power of art. Whether you’re an experienced artist or just beginning, this journey is about self-expression, not perfection.
Each 2-hour event session focuses on one emotion.
