Your guide, Janet, will meet you at the entrance gate at 11:00 AM for an introduction to the practice. After some gentle mindfulness exercises, you’ll explore Hakone Gardens in silence, learning to engage all your senses. This reflective journey will teach you techniques to bring the calm and clarity of forest bathing into your everyday life.

About Hakone Gardens:
Tucked in the hills of Saratoga, California, Hakone Gardens is an 18-acre oasis of tranquility featuring hillside gardens, a bamboo grove, a Koi Pond, and a waterfall, each offering its unique connection with nature. The cultural exchange center offers historic images and art and has beautiful historic buildings dating back to 1918.
