What you'll do

Escape to Italy for an evening to master the art of making pasta in this Italian cooking class in Austin! This hands-on cooking class will add a fun and interactive twist to your classic dining experience.

Follow the steps demonstrated by your instructor to make beautiful Pappardelle or Fettuccine pasta. You will learn how to make pasta dough from scratch, as well as roll it out and shape it to create your picture-perfect pasta shape.

Your chef instructor will demonstrate how to make the classic Cacio e Pepe pan sauce, with the help of some audience participation. Serve the sauce over your al dente-cooked pasta and enjoy a delicious meal in a fun atmosphere. The best part is digging into your delicious pasta surrounded by your fellow classmates and newfound foodie friends.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing, and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed for you to have fun while learning a new skill!

Please arrive 15 mins early to check in. Our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.
