I'm the author of a cookbook titled "From Gujarat, With Love." I designed my book to be a unique expression of our culinary identity. I've worked with Jonathan Lovekin, the world's most renowned food photographer, to make this book a masterpiece of food art. My mission and passion are to share this undiscovered regional cuisine of India with the world and make it as ubiquitous as the French, Italian and Mexican food we call out.
