Enjoy a delicious Japanese meal made by you, in this cooking class in San Jose! In this culinary experience, you will enjoy a Japanese cooking lesson Izakaya-style. The Japanese word "Izakaya" is made up of three words - "stay, drink, place." It is a spot to grab a drink, settle in, and get comfortable with cooking with your co-workers, friends, or loved ones.
In this class, you will be learning how to make special vegan sushi, a simple dish with broad appeal and loads of freshness. Then, team up with your buddy and stir-fry colorful Yakisoba noodles with your favorite ingredients like snap peas, tofu, and mushrooms. This is a very customizable class and you can load your dish with colorful veggies or add your favorite proteins such as shrimp, egg, or chicken.
This menu features tasty, healthy, and fresh ingredients. Feel free to bring your choice of beer, sake, or Shōchū. We end with a sweet note of complimentary sesame praline.
