In this weekly yoga class in Santa Clara, you’ll move through dynamic sequences inspired by the sacred geometry of Mandalas (meaning “circle” or “center”).
This unique practice integrates breath, movement, and mindfulness, weaving in meditation and, occasionally, chanting to help center your mind and body. Each yoga class concludes with a meditative journey to cultivate inner stillness, awareness, and harmony.

Tania is an experienced yoga instructor specializing in movement-based mindfulness for both kids and adults. With a background in engineering, she has a deep interest in the science behind movement, exploring human anatomy and proprioception to deepen her understanding of the intricate mind-body connection. Tania believes in the synergy of yoga and mindfulness, where yoga lays the physical groundwork for cultivating present-moment awareness and non-judgmental observation, as championed by mindfulness practices.
Her goal is to empower her students with a comprehensive toolkit for self-care, stress reduction, and personal growth. Drawing inspiration from her teachers, peers, experiences, and travels, Tania is dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive space where everyone feels welcomed and supported. She guides her students with intention, meditation, breathwork, and physical postures, leaving them refreshed and renewed.
Yoga has been transformative for Tania, helping her build resilience, manage anxiety, enhance focus, and cultivate compassion. With over 10 years of practice, yoga has been a constant companion in creating balance and equanimity in her life, both as a dedicated practitioner and as a software professional.
