My passion for painting began more than 20 years ago when I decided to take private lessons with a renowned artist in Colombia. I learned different techniques, such as charcoal, sanguine, watercolor, acrylics, and oils. Over time, it became almost a daily necessity for me to capture on canvas and wood the human figure, still lifes, and eventually move into abstract painting. I continued my painting studies and this time I learned about mixed media, and it was here that I discovered my talent for works using different types of materials on the same piece. With mixed media, I discovered materials like gauze, seeds, pastes, sand, iron oxide, and gold leaf to create vibrant, authentic, and modern paintings.Now I want to share all the knowledge I have acquired over the years by designing a series of workshops, where you will learn from me the necessary tools and ideal materials to create magnificent works that will be admired by your family and friends.Dare to discover everything you have inside and take up painting as a means of expression and personal transformation, as it will allow you to externalize emotions and feelings that we sometimes cannot verbalize. Through painting, we can explore and better understand our emotions, promoting greater self-awareness and personal growth.
