Pasta is a staple in Italian cuisine and has been since around 1154. Now, in American culture pasta is seen as something quick and easy from a box. In this class, we will get back to the roots of Italian cuisine by creating delicious pappardelle pasta and accompanying it with a creamy classic Vodka Sauce made from scratch.
All of the ingredients used in this pasta recipe are easily available at local grocery stores or even in your own home, so impressing your friends and family with your incredible pasta-making skills has never been easier!
No experience is needed as you'll have a professional by your side from beginning to end! All ingredients and cooking equipment are provided for you so all that’s needed is a passion for food and a willingness to learn something new.
From the budding chef who wants to expand on their culinary prowess to the person who has never picked up a spatula, this class caters to all and welcomes all levels of learning! Guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine or champagne).

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Upon arrival, please do not enter the building. The Chef will meet all guests at check in time at the building entrance to allow access.
