Chef Laura from Teaching Table will guide you and yours in preparing a delectable multi-course plated menu using seasonal ingredients.
You’ll learn some advanced culinary skills and overcome any intimidation around cooking clams or scallops or making gazpacho or risotto, and we'll let you in on some restaurant secrets. We’ll also discuss how and where to source quality ingredients, what to splurge on, and what to get on the cheap.
Spend a romantic and fun evening at our farm-to-table date night cooking class and learn how to make seasonally-inspired dishes, like gazpacho, lamb chops, lobster pasta, and elote!
We'll explore seasonal flavors and farmers' market favorites, indulge your sweet tooth with a delightful fruity dessert, and cool down with a fizzy mocktail. This promises to be an evening filled with delicious food, new skills, and great company!
