What you'll do
Get together with your team for a day of crafting, bonding, and giving back! In this soap making team building workshop in the East Bay, you will start by learning all the basics to craft your own soap with support from your team!Don't worry if you're feeling out of your comfort zone, your instructor will guide you every step of the way. You'll learn everything from the basic chemistry of soap to the difference between handmade and commercial soap. Then the group activity will begin! Alongside your teammates, you will learn how to make handmade soap. You'll work as a team to choose a scent, color, and incorporate additives. At the end of the workshop, you'll all have soap to take home with you! Not only will you have the opportunity to bond with your team and learn something new, but this unique workshop also offers the chance to give back to the local community. After crafting your soap, you will participate in creating hygiene packs that will be donated to a local shelter or charity.Please noteFor private classes, your teacher can accommodate 2-4 people at their Hayward venue and 5-30 people at your venue.
