What you'll do
Unwind and let your imagination flow in this pour painting class in SF! In this workshop, you will learn the exciting art of acrylic paint pouring to create your own fluid art on canvas! Local artist Erica Howell will teach you the acrylic pour painting technique with hands-on guidance. Acrylic pouring is a mesmerizing art style that will leave you with a vibrant painting to hang up at home. You will each create a painting on an 8" x 10" canvas.This is a fantastic way to get creative with no artistic experience necessary. You will be able to choose your favorite colors to incorporate in your painting which will allow you to add your own personality to your art. Your instructor will teach you techniques for moving the paint across the canvas to get mesmerizing effects! If you're looking for fun art classes in SF, pour painting is fun for all ages. Bring a date, a family member, or meet new creatives in this friendly and artistic experience! All canvases can be taken home after the class but will need three days to fully dry; please plan accordingly.
