What to bring
Please wear suitable, durable footwear, such as comfortable shoes or work boots—open-toed shoes are not allowed. For safety reasons, avoid wearing facial jewelry (including earrings and necklaces) as well as cologne or perfume. Be sure to wear your apron, hairnet, beard net, and gloves at all times while inside the kitchen.
