Hi, I am Emma Martens, a Belgian chocolatière and owner of Emma's Delights, Belgian chocolates. I handcraft traditional Belgian chocolates in small batches and make all my own fillings from scratch with your well-being in mind, as well as sharing my passion by teaching others about chocolate. Our mission is to combine the luxurious decadence of fine chocolates with the purity of healthy ingredients. That is why we do not use glucose in any of our chocolates and we only use organic cane sugar if we want to caramelize an ingredient. Our ganaches contain NO added sugars. We want to share with you everything we know and help you have a go at making your own.We welcome everyone in our classes and will help you explore new flavors and a new way to appreciate chocolate.
