Over three weeks, you will learn about this beautiful Japanese art form that creates unique and elegant arrangements exploring angles, space, colors, imperfection, and the beauty of nature.In these introductory classes, you will learn how to make three unique arrangements using beautiful fresh materials:
- The first arrangement is a traditional Moribana Tyokusseitai, upright style.
- The second one is a Kyoku-sen, showcasing the beauty of curved lines.
- The third one is a Khorinka, a freestyle arrangement using leaves and unique materials.

Valeria Brinkers has been practicing Ikebana for over thirty-five years. She graduated from the Sangetsu School of Flower Arranging, Kado Sangetsu-Ryu as an instructor in June 1993. She is a senior master of Ikebana Sangetsu and former president of the Ikebana International Los Angeles. She is also the owner and coordinator of the Ikebana Lessons Shows “Joyful Flowers"
