Did you know that our popular flower arranging classes and plant classes aren’t just available in-person? We also have a whole host of fun-filled online floristry classes for you to try.
For example, why not sign up for a virtual terrarium making session, and find out how to make your very own little garden, housed in a stylish glass container? Terrariums are the perfect introduction to taking care of plants for anyone with a busy schedule or who lives in an apartment without easy access to a garden.
This engaging online workshop will be taught by a skilled local florist, eager to share their wealth of experience. You don’t even have to worry about sourcing the materials, as you'll receive a DIY terrarium kit delivered right to your door before the class begins. This kit will contain everything you need to construct your terrarium, including the soil and sand you'll use to line the bottom of the container, and a selection of plants to keep inside.
Succulents make the best indoor plants to keep inside terrariums, as they are tough, adaptable, and don’t need much care. However, you can also line your terrarium with vibrant green mosses and lichens to create your own enchanted glade.
