In this meditation class and journaling workshop, you'll be guided by Nataly Q. who has been a wellness teacher for over three years now. She will help you cultivate a deeper connection with yourself through self-care rituals, meditation, and journaling.
While leading a busy life we can forget the importance of pausing and nurturing ourselves. This mindful activity can help you and your loved ones find a moment of peace and incorporate much-needed me-time to regain focus and release any unnecessary stagnant energy you may be holding onto.
Taking care of your mind, body and soul is a gift we should all give ourselves, and with this meditative experience, you'll be nurturing just that.

She is passionate about helping individuals nurture themselves and evolve into the best version of themselves. Her passion for human connection and self-nurturing has allowed her to travel across the U.S. and host these intentional workshops. She wants to break the misconception that self-care, meditation, and expression need to be and look a certain way. She believes that the best way we can each help the world is by taking care of our mental health and she intends to help people do just that through her workshops.
