What you'll do
Celebrate the season with a cozy craft! In this creative workshop in San Francisco, you'll learn the art of candle making and create your own beautifully scented candles in rustic wooden dough bowls, perfect for adding a warm and inviting touch to your seasonal décor.What to Expect:
- Guided Instruction: Our experienced instructor will guide you through the entire process, from selecting the perfect fragrance to pouring the wax and decorating your candle.
- All Materials Provided: We supply everything you need, including wooden dough bowls, natural soy wax, fragranced oils, and a variety of winter-themed embellishments.
- Creative Expression: Customize your candles with your choice of fragrances and decorations, making each piece uniquely yours.
- Take-Home Masterpiece: Leave with your handmade dough bowl candles, ready to enhance your home or to gift to someone special.
- The completed project is candle decor. As it is in a wood bowl it can only be used on a candle warmer and should not be lit.
- This class is 3 hours long.
- There will be down time while the wax sets, so we do recommend either bringing a snack or beverage or ordering a charcuterie board.
- This class is recommended for children and adults 12 years and older.
- Alcoholic refreshments are not provided for this event.
- The $100 Charcuterie Board listed is our smaller size charcuterie (enough for 4-5 people).
- Please message us directly to order larger charcuterie boards.
- This workshop has no refunds and a five-person minimum to run. If we do not reach our minimum we will reschedule you to a later date.
- For mobile events, we charge a $150 mobile fee for events within a 10-mile radius of Maker Studio.
- For private events, we charge a gratuity fee of $50 per instructor.
