If you're looking for fun things to do in San Francisco, join this pottery workshop! In this workshop, you'll enjoy a hands-on lesson with your instructor to learn the basics of wheel throwing.
There's no experience necessary for this beginner's pottery class. Your instructor will take you through your project from start to finish so you can enjoy a fun day with clay without any stress.
Your instructor will guide you through throwing on the potters wheel. You will learn how to center the clay, raise the walls and shape the clay into a cylinder or bowl.
This class can only accommodate two students, so if you're looking for fun date ideas or want to learn a new hobby, this is a great way to get full attention from a professional. You will be able to make a finished piece that will show off your newly learned pottery skills.
Knowledge required
No prior experience is necessary.
 
What you'll get
All tools, clay, glazes and firings are included. After you've finished your pieces, you will be able to select the glaze color for your piece(s) to be finished in. BW Pots will trim, fire, glaze and fire again your pieces, and they will be ready for pickup in 3-4 weeks.
