Team building sessions are offered by Mari Takahashi, complimented jointly by her culinary knowledge and corporate-world experience. Takahashi spent many years in the corporate world and knows how important team-building activities are for generating and strenghening bonds between teammates. She has been teaching how to make sushi for 13 years and has made a fun yet educational session that makes sushi team-building the perfect corporate event! These two-hour sessions can conveniently take place wherever suited for the client, including your company's conference room, off-site location, or @nombe kitchen.
Typical exercises start with Takahashi teaching how to make sushi, how to plate them, and how to speak Japanese to everyone. Then the group is divided into smaller teams and given time to create their own sushi as a team. After the time is up, everyone faces the judgement time! The Nombe team will look at each team's presentation carefully, taste the sushi, and quiz everyone on Japanese words, then will choose a winner. The winning team will receive a bottle of Sake.
