From a young age, I fostered a deep passion for music and performing arts - honing my skills through classical Bel Canto lessons and inspired by my late sister, and artists we admired. Despite being shy about sharing my gift, I felt called to uplift others through music.After gaining experience assisting behind the scenes in the music industry, and applying my knowledge of classical Bel Canto style singing for over 7 years, I decided to step into a new position. I accepted a vocal teaching role on the weekends and began teaching lessons from my home, watching students grow vocally and personally. I absorbed the joy and excitement as we built a community hub.Amidst the pandemic, and after ending my full-time role as HR Executive and manager, I obtained Sound Practitioner certifications and provided free online vocal workshops and Live Meditations for those seeking an outlet from all of the stress and overwhelm. This pivoting in crisis formed deeper connections in the community, meditating through sound.Interestingly, after the pandemic, I began working closely with business executives and CEOs from both small businesses and large corporations as an HR consultant specializing in wellness initiatives, inclusivity, and customer relationship management. I worked with businesses that are making strides towards the well-being of those they partner with and serve. Among these businesses were doula agencies and the developmentally delayed community, in which I remain as an advocate, Instructor, analyst and Professional Service Consultant.
