Join this eight-part course and learn all sorts of new and delicious sourdough recipes. If you've already tried our beginner bread baking class and fancy learning more, then this intermediate virtual experience is perfect for you.
Chef Laura will help you go beyond just a standard sourdough loaf as you work on your bread skills to try new tasty creations like bagels and ciabatta. You will also work on making your bread creations into beautiful works of art with scoring, and add-ins. As you will be covering a few trickier techniques, we recommend that you already have some knowledge in bread before joining this course.
With your sourdough starter at your side, you will be connecting with other fellow bread lovers across the country. It's an ideal way to make new baking buds while finding tasty things to make at home.
