You learn how to sketch from a reference photo, how to mix paint to make colors lighter or darker, and of course how to paint using oil based paint. This class was a gift from my daughter. Our teacher was engaging, informative, knowledgeable and entertaining (funny)! The professional kitchen was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We (a class of 16) had plenty of room to observe, participate in demonstrations, and do the work of the class - making dumplings! We learned how to roll a spring roll with rice wrappers, how to make dumpling dough, and four ways to roll and shape dumplings. We (a class of 16) had plenty of room to observe, participate in demonstrations, and do the work of the class - making dumplings! We learned how to roll a spring roll with rice wrappers, how to make dumpling dough, and four ways to roll and shape dumplings.
