Elena was an amazing instructor very kind and patient. I purchased this class as an anniversary gift to my girlfriend and I. Everything was provided from the smock to the painting utensils. You learn how to sketch from a reference photo, how to mix paint to make colors lighter or darker, and of course how to paint using oil based paint. Elena was a hands on instructor not shying away from helping you  + more

We went for a friend's bday present experience. The instructor was great! He demonstrated what we had to do and made sure we were on track. We had a fun time, and the macarons came out well! Thanks for a great experience!

Came here with my BFF as a birthday gift and it was great! Loved that the terrarium glass was large and of good quality. The kit had everything we needed and there was a decent variety of plants to choose from at our table. I really appreciated that they had a snack and drinks table (was not expecting that!) and the hosts were very friendly and patient. I genuinely enjoyed the activity and the hosts  + more

This was the best present ever. We created three delicious pasta dishes, salad, and dessert following the instructions of two incredibly warm and talented chefs. Great atmosphere! Beautiful people! I highly recommend.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and passionate about perfume making and it made the class so enjoyable! Not only did we learn a lot to help us pick perfumes out in the future but we got to create our own personalized scent to take home with the help of the instructor! The space and materials/packaging were so cute and thoughtful. This class was a perfect gift for my girlfriend’s birthday and  + more

My partner Beth, who spent several years living in France after college (and still speaks French fluently) had long wanted to learn how to how make croissants so I purchased this class for her birthday. In all the years we have been together I think the class may have been her favorite birthday present thus far which says something. Our instructor Emily was incredibly patient, friendly and wasn't pretentious like so many other professional bakers in New York are. You could also tell she was passionate about her craft which is always great to see. I  + more

My wife and I took the pet bowl class for an upcoming holiday gift exchange, and we were really happy with our decision! Natalie was very nice, helpful, and imformative and created a fun, relaxing environment. I'd never really worked in clay and by the end of the class I was quickly putting together my second bowl without much help or instruction! Two hours went by in a flash, I'd definitely recommend to anybody who wants to spend an afternoon crafting creatively.

Moongelina Hanson

Brittany and Cristian made the experience fun and comfortable, truly loved it. I think the cost for the class was really worth it, and the scents are to die for. I will be telling all my friends and anyone asking for recommendations for fun and relaxing to do in NYC. I also love the gift shop and how it felt like a little secret hang out when we went to where the class was taking place, it was a very  + more

My all time favorite store to shop and browse around when in Bushwick!!!! The atmosphere is always so cozy and they’re always playing the tunes! My partner and I recently did their candle making class and it was probably one of the best experiences we’ve done this year. The candle making studio is so nice and intimate, it’s perfect for a date night! Cristian and Britt were very helpful and  + more

The tickets were a gift for my sister for us to take the class with her two daughters. Several busy months later, we were able to schedule it. It was such a fun class! The instructor is personable, knowledgeable, and very engaging. I would definitely recommend this class!

Amanda Cepeda

Took my mom for s mother's day gift and it was very cute and great small class allowed for extra attention. The instructor was very sweet and well informed!

Christopher Hutton

This was a xmas gift for my partner and we both enjoyed it. Teacher was great spending enough time with everyone to make sure we did not struggle. Venue had enough wheels, space and materials and we did learn the basics as set out. Yes I would recommend this class to any beginners.

Phallan Grossman

I got this class as a gift for my best friend as her 25th birthday present. We both absolutely loved this experience. One thing I loved was we learned the overall process of making perfume. If we didn't know what we liked, he guided us through it. I highly recommend, to go with friends, family or a significant other!

Orri Cohen

Very fun and easy to learn. Great birthday gift for my wife and I to do together.

Pamela

This class was a gift from my daughter. Our teacher was engaging, informative, knowledgeable and entertaining (funny)! The professional kitchen was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We (a class of 16) had plenty of room to observe, participate in demonstrations, and do the work of the class - making dumplings! We learned how to roll a spring roll with rice wrappers, how to make dumpling dough, and four ways to roll and shape dumplings. Our teacher's demonstrations were detail-oriented but not overly complicated. Our creations were steamed and  + more

We had a great time in our class, it was a perfect birthday present for my boyfriend. He felt like he was on the show Forged in Fire and had a great time. It was a great beginner class, we could do things ourselves but always had our teacher right there to answer any questions or guide us in the right direction. We’ve already talked about doing a next level class!

Sabrina

Got this as a Christmas present and I loved it! We got a feel for the clay and were able to just have fun and make little pots and bowls. Definitely want to go back for another class

Clara Smith

The class was great! Instructors were super friendly and helpful! It was a gift for my mom, would recommend.

Context: workshop gifted to me by my partner because she knows I like to swing by cologne counters and check out offerings. Andbest gift EVER! Workshop: Michelle lead our workshop with much info, ease and aplomb! She started out with a few slides with information on perfume structure and scent categorization then quickly pivoted to passing around and smelling scent samples from their collection. We smelled a dizzying number of scents (I had to re-up on the mimosa 1/2 way through) as Michelle explained how each was derived/extracted; its characteristics  + more
