In this hands-on virtual baking class, we will break down the basics behind creating the perfect scone. Armed with scientific baking knowledge, you will practice the foundational techniques to produce perfectly flaky and tender scones!
We’ll bake both sweet and savory varieties that you can enjoy for breakfast, with a bowl of stew, at afternoon tea, or even as dessert. You will understand each ingredient's role in the symphony of a scone and be able to mix and match recipes on your own.

What to bring
No special tools, equipment, or ingredients are needed. Some prep is required - you will receive a detailed list of ingredients and materials at least one week before class. We teach how to substitute with confidence, so bring your questions.

An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.
