In this class, you’ll get to master essential baking techniques with guidance from expert chefs. You’ll create a selection of delightful pastries and sweets, from a light and airy pavlova to the classic French Paris-Brest. And don’t worry, you’ll take home your beautiful creations in a lovely box to show off (and share, if you’re feeling generous!).
Throughout the class, we’ll cover key baking methods as you craft each dessert. You’ll pipe the perfect hazelnut praline cream into a Paris-Brest, whip up a luscious lemon thyme crème patissière for your beignets, and learn to balance textures and flavors in a show-stopping berry pavlova. And let’s not forget the warm, buttery cardamom English scones that’ll make your kitchen smell amazing.

  • Classes require a minimum of 4 people to run. In the case that the minimum is not reached, we’ll send you an email/SMS to notify you. You’ll have the option for a refund or to reschedule.
