I'm obsessed with artisan chocolate, and I want to share it with you! Chocolate Noise started out as a one-person operation led by me, award-winning food writer Megan Giller, and now we're a small but mighty group of women who spend all of our time thinking about, tasting, and teaching all things fine chocolate. Collectively we've spent more than 30 years studying cocoa and chocolate, working at chocolate companies, and judging chocolate competitions (yes, professional chocolate competitions are a thing!).
We're focused on bean-to-bar chocolate, a niche style of making chocolate that we want to introduce you to. When I first tasted it, I was flabbergasted at the mighty flavors. It quickly became my favorite thing to eat and to talk about.
We curate our favorite bars from our favorite makers to bring beautiful and delicious experiences to corporate teams. Our tastings have been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, and more.
