Master the art of cake decorating and elevate your skills to create stunning, textured layered cakes in this NYC cake decorating class. Learn a range of piping techniques, from shells to rosettes, and discover how to apply them to your creations.
What you will learn:
  • Crumb Coat
  • Swiss Meringue Buttercream
  • Various piping techniques (shells, stars, zig-zags, ruffles & rosettes)
  • Decorative "touch"
  • 2.5-hour hands-on class
  • Each student will go home with the skills to decorate their own cakes at home
  • Each student will go home with the cake they decorated
Don't worry if you're a beginner - this class is designed to help you build your skills and confidence in cake decorating. You'll be working with high-quality materials and under the guidance of a skilled instructor who will make the experience fun and rewarding.

  • This class is open to kids 14-17 for a discounted price of $105. A paying adult must be present. Please contact if you would like to purchase a child's ticket.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, you cannot add additional guests to your booking.
  • Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time. Class will start promptly at listed time.
  • In order to ensure a great experience for all, participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit the class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
