In this live online class, you'll learn how to use spices, their fundamental qualities and how to extract their optimal flavour. We'll guide you through the layered preparation of two curries, and some lively accoutrements to round out your meal. Our rotating menu of authentic Indian recipes changes with the seasons. What to bring

- We recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes. It’s a great idea to tie your hair back if it’s long too.
- An ingredients list will be sent to you upon booking. The ingredients for this class are estimated to cost around $15. However, you may already have some of these ingredients at home and the cost may differ depending on where you buy the ingredients. We encourage you to go out and explore your local Asian shops and supermarkets. You will also likely have leftover ingredients to use in the future.
