Are you looking to spice up your usual workout routine? Or are you looking to start on that fitness journey you keep talking about? Try out Moksha Movement’s online core workout class! It’s beginner-friendly and will give you that endorphin kick you’ve been searching for.
This 30-minute core workout is perfect for anyone looking to learn (and test) the effects of exercise on your wellbeing.
Core workouts have some amazing benefits, such as; better posture, more balance and stability and help ease back pain, all the while toning your abs at the same time! You’ll be guided through a series of core movements with an uplifting playlist to help you maintain that motivation.
At the end of the class, you’ll cool down and stretch the muscles you’ve used to a more relaxing soundtrack. This class is great for anyone looking to improve their strength or anyone looking to get a spike of endorphins.
