You’ll learn how to make a charcuterie board and select the perfect assortment of meats, cheeses, nuts, and fruits for your board. Create the coziest aroma when you roast your very own chestnuts. Learn how to balance your spread and create party platter elements, like pickles and spreads, from scratch. You'll even learn a delicious garlicky stuffed mushroom recipe that will surely wow your guests.

You will ask questions and challenge yourself and walk away with recipes and tools for your culinary tool belt.
Teaching Table classes are intentionally small, intimate learning experiences so that you get hands-on practice and personalized attention. Menus and instruction are tailored to participants’ dietary needs and preferences, cooking skills, and goals.
