Fine Art Fundamentals Class

Explore fundamental art techniques in this fine art class for adults class at home! These are flexible, online art classes designed for beginners and art enthusiasts, offered in sets of six classes. Each class is conducted once a week, every Saturday, for two hours.Our classes aim to unlock your artistic potential by building confidence and providing you with the skills needed to work in any medium of your choice. We cover a wide range of topics, including color, form, space, texture, light, mark-making, shading, painting, and drawing. You'll have the opportunity to work with various mediums such as pastels, shading pencils, charcoals, acrylics, and pen and ink.Throughout the course, you'll be guided step-by-step—from conceptualizing "what to draw" to learning "how to render it." You'll create your own compositions and develop your skills through a series of practice exercises. You will have the flexibility to choose your projects while also participating in common class projects focusing on color and shading. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, these classes provide the perfect opportunity to enhance your artistic abilities, improve your techniques, and enjoy some creative "me time."These classes are ongoing, allowing you to join based on your availability over a 6-8 week period. • A5 drawing sketchbook (140 gsm or more)
• Shading pencils (6B/8B/10B)
• Oil pastels
