If you're looking for delicious French toast recipes, learn the traditional pain perdu recipes that will rival your favorite brunch restaurants in NYC! Your chef will walk you through the process of making brioche dough, proper kneading techniques, and how to bake sweet French toast. Your chef will cover essential steps such as proofing, shaping, and baking so you can complete your bread recipes with ease.

  • This class is open to kids 12-17 for a discounted price of $75. A paying adult must be present. Please contact if you would like to purchase a child's ticket.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, you cannot add additional guests to your booking.
IMPORTANT: In order to ensure a great experience for all, participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit the class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
