Choux has the reputation for being difficult, but it’s surprisingly simple! Our Pastry Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make the perfect choux dough, piping, baking, and filling to create eclairs and cream puffs!
Learn how to make vanilla creme and chocolate ganache to take your pastry to the next level! Master these easy recipes, and you can make many pastries most bakers are scared to try. These creme-filled treats will be a delight for you and your family and friends who get to taste test!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen so you can easily recreate these recipes on your own.
Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's not as familiar with your common cooking techniques.
Beginner-friendly. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 21+
 
Homemade eclairs and creme puffs.
 
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests will work in groups throughout the class, sharing equipment and ingredients. BYOB-beer and wine is welcome for guests who are 21 and older.
