In this Indian cooking class, you will discover the art of making Chala Masala, Garlic Naan Indian bread, samosas, chicken masala, turmeric rice, Bun Dosa, and a mouth-watering Indian chutney - all from scratch using authentic spices and ingredients from India. We will also make fresh Chai for you to enjoy during the class.
This class does not use Pork, Beef, Red Meat or Seafood. Only meat we use is chicken. Indian Paneer Cheese, Curd and plenty Fresh Vegetables.
Don't worry if you're a beginner - this class is welcoming and enjoyable for all skill levels. You'll be guided through each step of the cooking, and our experienced instructors will be there to assist you along the way. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, get creative with spices, and experience the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine.
Throughout the two-hour class, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of materials, including traditional Indian spices and cooking utensils.
