If you want to turn your cuts into a quick dinner, recipes will be provided! No prep or special ingredients or tools are required. The focus of this class is on knife skills, while you will be left with ingredients ready to cook, you will not do any cooking.
This class covers the ticket of one email, allowing your entire household is welcome to participate for a single price.
Prerequisite: Knife Skills for Beginners is recommended, but not required. You should be able to handle a knife properly and have extensive daily experience with consistent and even basic cuts, like chopping, slicing, and dicing.
