If you like the idea of keeping a journal but you aren't sure how to start, this online class will show you the way.Your teacher will be your guide as you discover the power of journaling and create a one-of-a-kind quote self-care box. We will first talk a bit about journaling and the frequent misconceptions. Afterward, using prompts and original quotes, students will have a short hands-on writing session and will be able to share feedback on their writing experience. We will then make our very own quote journaling self-care box. You will put together the items in DIY kits and personalize a care box with a handwritten self-affirming notecard and positive affirmations.
