Led by Patrick from Soul Vista Lifestyle, this class will show you how to explore your body and its functions in a fun and carefree way.
Living a fast-paced busy life our natural movements have been replaced with an easy, less physically stress sedentary lifestyle. Moving less over time diminishes the use of body parts and mobility becomes restricted.
Before you know you are a potato that rolls to work and back every day. Primal movement brings us back to the basics of human movement the way you are meant to.
Our class is perfect for all levels, all ages and people that want to mentally and physically improve their wellbeing.
