If you're looking for fun crafts to do at home, try this beautiful tie-dye project that will add some vibrancy to your linens. In this online class, you will learn the Japanese art of Shibori to make your tie-dye creations.
You are led by an experienced instructor who will guide you through the process of indigo dyeing step by step. First, you will learn shibori techniques such as how to tie, fold, and dip your fabric. You will then learn how to prepare a vat of indigo dye. Lastly, you will try it yourself! Things may get a little messy, so it's best to try this craft outside or you can put paper and plastic down to protect the floors.
This online class is a great activity for crafting enthusiasts, quilters, slow stitchers, or anyone interested in tie dye. Learn something new, create chic tie-dye pieces, and take a moment for yourself to be creative! Whether you're looking for fun things to do at home or you want to learn natural dyeing techniques, this dyeing class for beginners is both a fun and informative activity!
